I'd be lying if I said I always knew I wanted to be a photographer -- I had no idea. I wasn't sure WHAT I wanted to be but I knew that I loved to take photographs -- especially photographs of people and their interactions with one another -- and eventually had enough sense to work my tail off to do what makes me the happiest 7 days a week. When I'm not holding a camera, I'm usually petting my two kitties, watching 70's sci-fi movies (or Star Trek!) with my equally geeky husband, listening (okay, dancing) to guilty-pleasure pop music or maybe baking cupcakes.

As for my style... I'm a photographer who appreciates the beauty in the unplanned. My style is unobtrusive yet intimate, capturing all the spontaneous emotions and intricate details of the day all while barely being noticed. I believe in getting to know my clients as people, not just customers, and I want to create an honest and natural experience with my couples. I love what I do, and I love the friends I meet through my photography.
